Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. The right to immediate termination in case of breach of agreement terms is reserved.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
8.2. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over dispute resolution.

9. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments are announced on the Site and take effect on the date of publication.
